Brief: Instinct was once again asked to present an entertainment package for the exhibiiton, welcome reception as well as the Gala Dinner- which had a "Spice market" theme. This was to include roving acts, stage based performances to enhance the theme, as well as a high energy dance band to get the guests up and grooving. Of course this had to be delivered to a budget.
